Reşad Ekrem Koçu

Reşad Ekrem Koçu (1905 – July 6, 1975) was a Turkish writer and historian. His best known work is the unfinished Istanbul Encyclopedia (''İstanbul Ansiklopedisi''), which recounts many tales of Istanbul from Ottoman times.
